BEHIND THE SCREEN

Have you ever felt like your voice was this news channel that's only listened to when it's "breaking news!" You're screaming inside as loudly as you ever possibly could, but no one seems to care to listen. So scared to be judged that you prefer to hide behind that little screen of yours and you know, just maintain a safe distance. 'cause I have felt this way, and from today onwards, i'm over it! My entire life I've been that girl who never gets angry, and lets everything slide easily.The first to say sorry in a fight and beg for forgiveness, when it's not my fault even the slightest bit. I was always so scared of what others might think that I'd lose sharing my talent's and ideas in the process. A SPLASH OF UNIQUE COLOURS

Hey Shanti did you see that new girl’s dress? It looks like a big cauliflower, don’t know what she was thinking when she decided to wear that today.  Oh my god! Yes, I did see her. Her hair is so thick that it looks like a forest. I’m definitely not saying hi. Take a moment and think of what you would do in this situation. Who's side would you take? The poor new girl who will eventually be forced to straighten her hair and wear clothes she doesn’t want to? Or Shanti and her friend who judge everyone by their looks? This is one of the most common problem that everyone  faces. We humans have a created a disease , which i like to call 'dividitis'. Its a disease where you tend to draw lines and boundaries between any space you find. Religion, caste, language, economic status and now even between what we think is 'ugly' and 'beautiful'.
